MeatPieEye's Note: Yes, Nightwish does have a woman singer, and yes I do
feel a little emasculated listening too/posting Nightwish, but the
sound Nightwish gives and their vocals is like that God in the middle of
the sea who attracts boats to her rock and they end up crashing and
dying. Even though this has not happened to me, I do on the other hand
accumulate a lot of wet dreams when I fell asleep listening to Nighwish,
so I guess it's not so different after all. Nightwish is an
award-winning Finnish heavy metal band from Kitee, Finland, formed in
1996 by songwriter/keyboardist Tuomas Holopainen, guitarist Emppu
Vuorinen, and former vocalist Tarja Turunen. Nightwish's current line-up
has five integrants, but Tarja and the first bassist, Sami Vänskä, are
no longer part of the group.
